About the Role
Outsorcy is launching a 6-month AI Academy designed to train a small cohort of high-potential individuals into AI-enabled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and revenue operators. This is a structured, paid internship focused on learning, development, and real-world experience, specifically designed for recent graduates or individuals about to graduate.
Successful participants will have the opportunity to transition into internal roles or client-facing positions upon completion.
What You’ll Do
Learn & Practice SDR Fundamentals
- Conduct prospect research and identify target accounts
- Support outreach efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Build and manage sales pipelines
- Develop messaging and communication skills
Develop AI Workflow Skills
- Use AI tools to support research and outreach
- Operate structured, AI-supported workflows
- Review and improve AI-generated outputs
- Understand how AI fits into real business processes
Participate in Projects & Real Work
- Complete structured exercises simulating real SDR work
- Contribute to internal Outsorcy workflows and projects
- Gain exposure to real deliverables during the applied phase
- Collaborate with team members on tasks and assignments
Engage in Training & Development
- Participate in guided training sessions (sales + AI)
- Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship
- Work in a collaborative, in-person environment
- Gradually take on more responsibility over time
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Reliable and professional
Program-Specific Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate or currently in the final stage of studies (graduating soon)
- Must not have been employed in a full-time role within the last 3 months
- Must be available to participate full-time and in-person in Pristina for the duration of the program
- Must be eligible to be employed through Superpuna Kosovo
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with CRM tools or sales platforms
- Familiarity with SaaS or tech environments
- Experience using tools for research or productivity
