Job Description:

  • Are you a data-driven marketer who enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling ad campaigns?
  • We are partnering with fast-growing B2B SaaS and tech companies focused on personal branding and lead generation, and we’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join a fully remote team.
  • In this role, you will plan, launch, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one—driving measurable growth while continuously learning in an environment that values innovation, ownership, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other platforms
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize performance, efficiency, and ROI
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies
  • Run A/B tests and performance experiments to continuously improve results
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand direction
  • Contribute to overall growth strategies through data-driven recommendations

What You Bring:

Required & Preferred Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns
  • Strong expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and data analysis
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Canva
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results and achieving performance goals
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
