About the Role

ORA1 is seeking a highly driven Client Acquisition Manager to support the company’s expansion by finding, approaching, and converting new business opportunities. The main focus of this position is to bring in new clients, establish strong connections with decision-makers, and finalize high-value agreements.

This opportunity suits someone who is motivated by results and enjoys networking, negotiation, and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients from different industries.
  • Carry out outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone communication, and networking activities.
  • Assess leads and gain a clear understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Present ORA1’s services in a confident and professional manner.
  • Draft proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Finalize new business agreements and meet monthly sales objectives.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee the sales pipeline.
  • Represent ORA1 at networking events and business meetings when needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for closing deals.
  • Capacity to work independently and take full responsibility for the sales process.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Albanian. Dutch is a strong advantage.
