What you’ll do

As a Cards & Payments Operations Officer, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of our card and payment systems. You’ll monitor transactions, investigate and resolve operational issues, and collaborate closely with banks, processors, and internal teams to ensure everything runs reliably and efficiently.

Who we’re looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
Experience in operations, payments, or card systems
Solid understanding of finance and operational data
Proactive problem-solver who adapts well to change
Knowledge of regulatory compliance is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in cards or payments operations is strongly preferred
