B2B Public Renewal and Retention Specialist
Purpose of the position:
The role is focused on increasing customer awareness during the renewal stage, presenting new offers, products, or services, and selling additional services or products to current customers.
Main Tasks:
- Examines the subscriber list assigned to the campaign by the reporting team.
- Carries out negotiations aimed at retaining a predefined group of subscribers.
- Finalizes agreements and delivers results according to the targets that have been set.
- Communicates with subscribers through outbound calls in a polite and precise manner to explain the purpose of campaigns.
- Handles subscriber requests and complaints by email in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Maintains timing consistency in line with scheduled renewals.
- Makes courtesy calls to verify whether subscribers were satisfied with the service they received.
- Works with postal services to confirm document delivery to subscribers and to follow up on specific cases. Also prints and prepares customer documents so they are ready for dispatch.
- Tracks daily activity reports and submits daily updates to the Team Manager.
- Completes any other duties assigned as needed.
- Shows confidence and strong ability when communicating with coordinators and key decision-makers.
Education:
A University Degree is required.
Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience in a Call Center is considered an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with basic computer programs
- Good command of the English language
