About the Role

We are seeking a driven and business-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to become part of the team. The position focuses on expanding business opportunities by identifying potential clients, strengthening professional relationships, and creating customized learning solutions that support organizations in building their people and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new business prospects and partnership opportunities.
• Establish and sustain strong connections with both current and potential clients.
• Carry out training needs assessments and suggest appropriate learning solutions.
• Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and client recommendations.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of learning and development programs.
• Track client satisfaction and recognize possibilities for ongoing cooperation.
• Act as a representative of the organization in meetings, networking activities, and industry-related forums.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain high standards in service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Excellent skills in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the capacity to recognize and pursue business opportunities.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
