Description:

• Neptun is a leading retailer in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector, part of BALFIN Group. Since its establishment in 1993, Neptun has built partnerships with global tech brands, offering a wide range of products through a network of physical stores and e-commerce in Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.
• The graphic designer is responsible for preparing images and finding visual solutions to convey promotional campaign messages to end consumers, respecting the brand image with impact, imagination, and commercial value.

Duties:

• Responsible for creating visual images and concepts for brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, PoP or other publications, working simultaneously with images and words.
• Conception and creation of illustrative materials or different communications inside and outside stores according to locations and available spaces.
• Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators to understand objectives and needs of different promotions.
• Interpret needs and translate them into concepts that fulfill the objective of the promotion.
• Conception of promotional materials for products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Present finalized concepts or projects to the approving functions.
• Electronic archiving of photos and product files, images, and updating storage.
• Electronic archiving of other projects or campaigns worked on with partner brands of Neptun.
• Work with a variety of media, including written, visual, and audio.
• Control and be responsible for the final product delivered for production.
• Follow production in specific cases when technical assistance is needed.
• Maintain knowledge of production costs related to promotional materials.
• Knowledge of production materials such as types of paper, adhesive, forex, etc.
• Adopt changes and updates in design software and implement them in continuous use.
• Respect and maintain the use of the Neptun logo in every publication according to the brand manual.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in this field.
• Higher education degree in a relevant area.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of animation programs such as GIF, Flash, and 3D is an advantage.
• Creative abilities including concept development, slogan creation, and other promotional materials.
