**Job position: Executive Business Analyst - Neptun International
Location: Tirana

Role Purpose:**

The Executive Business Analyst position is focused on financial supervision, performance review, and decision-support activities across all Neptun markets. Its purpose is to ensure financial clarity, disciplined performance management, and high-quality insights that support delivery of the 2030 strategy. The role is centered on analysis, consolidation, and insight generation rather than execution of local accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Combine and assess financial performance data from all countries, including TO, GP, OPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, and inventory.
• Produce group-level dashboards and performance reporting for EXCOM and the Board.
• Detect performance gaps, potential risks, and areas where improvements can be made.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning activities.
• Review BAU performance and the effects of strategic initiatives.
• Assist in assessing international expansion opportunities and major investment cases.
• Serve as the financial counterpart for Country CFOs and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another related area.
• A Master’s degree such as MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting is considered a significant advantage.
• Professional credentials including ACCA, CPA, or CFA are strongly favored.
• Have 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business controlling, or corporate finance.
• Possess advanced MS Office skills, with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in Excel modelling and data analysis.
• Be capable of turning data into clear executive-level insights.
• Be available to travel between countries when needed.
