Description:
Neptun is a leading retailer in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector, part of BALFIN Group, with a network of physical stores and an established e-commerce presence in the region. This position is responsible for daily customs management in accordance with company policies and maintains continuous communication with the Logistics Manager, Customs Agency, Tirana Customs, Finance Department, and the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Notify the Customs Agency at the border for the arrival of imported goods/appliances.
• Carry out customs actions for the clearance of goods at Tirana Customs.
• Report customs expenses to the Finance department.
• Maintain contacts with border points regarding company customs procedures.
• Protect the company's interests in the field of customs.

Qualifications:

• University degree.
• Work experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of fiscal legislation.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Good communication skills.
• Systematic and organized.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Motivational skills.
