Social Media Organiser & Video Editor

About the Role:
The Maximus team is looking for a Social Media Organiser & Video Editor to support our growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who is both structured and creative, able to organise content while also producing engaging video material and actively contributing during filming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and schedule posts across social media platforms
- Maintain a consistent and well-structured content calendar
- Edit video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Coordinate with the production team to align content with ongoing projects
- Participate in direct field recording (on-site filming and content capture)
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all published content
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and organising social media content
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
- Willingness and ability to be involved in on-site/field recording
- Experience in or around production is an advantage
- Ability to work approximately 4 hours per day while meeting deadlines consistently
