Job Purpose: The HSE Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

Key Responsabilities:

• Ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Is the person responsible for HSE.
• Develops quality control policies and ISO 14001, 45001,
• Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Conduct the Risk Assessment at work.
• Conducting training and presentations on health and safety issues and accident prevention.
• Follows the legal procedures in the event of an incident at work, from reporting the incident, following the recovery of the incident victim until returning to work.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents; prepare detailed reports.
• Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Report in internal systems such as Qlik,ESG and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinates work with the consultant for environmental issues and waste management.

Education and Experience

• BSc/BA in engineering, Chemical Industry or relevant field.
• Proven experience as safety officer.
• Independent in English language.
• Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems.
• Certificate in occupational health and safety is a strong advantage.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent) is an advantage.
