10. INFORMATION MEETING AND/OR SITE VISIT

Optional: Information meeting: to provide economic operators with clarifications on the procurement documents requested in Tender Dossier. The meeting shall take place at Kosovo Regional Office, Ukshin Hoti Street, Ramiz Sadiku Complex C3/2/b, no 132, 5th floor, 10 000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo, on 22.05.2026, at 10:00 (Kosovo local time). Participation is not a condition for submitting a tender.

11. COMPLEMENTARY OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES

This contract does not include any complementary or additional acquisition of goods. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract. When several successive amendments are made, this limit applies to the value of each amendment.
