We’re looking for energetic and positive people to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll contact individuals who have already shown interest. There’s no hard selling — your goal is to make a friendly conversation and ensure a smooth transfer.

Responsibilities:

Call warm leads: Reach out to people who’ve completed an online form and are expecting a call.
Have friendly conversations: Understand their current situation and needs.
Transfer to agent: Once the person is interested, connect them to a licensed agent.
Be clear and helpful: Keep the tone natural and supportive, making sure the customer feels comfortable.
Keep simple records: Update notes in our system after each call.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling (U.S. market preferred) or a similar call center role.
Language: Strong spoken English with a clear and professional tone.
Attitude: Positive, motivated, and comfortable talking to people.
Reliability: Good attendance and consistency are important.
Tech skills: Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus.
