LS Global focuses on improving business operations internationally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to become part of its expanding team. In this position, the main duty is to reach out to warm leads, meaning customers who have already shown interest in the company’s services. The role centers on building trust through friendly communication in English and helping customers move smoothly to the next stage, without aggressive selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact interested customers and act as their first welcoming point of communication
- Hold helpful and friendly conversations to understand each customer’s specific needs and respond to their inquiries
- Recognize when a customer is prepared to continue and transfer them smoothly to a licensed agent
- Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions in the system so that the team stays informed
- Communicate in a clear and supportive way so customers feel at ease and well informed throughout the process
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English at C1 level or above
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in the U.S. market, or in a comparable call center position
- A positive attitude, strong motivation, and ease in speaking with people
- Reliable attendance and consistency at work
- Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage
