LS Global focuses on improving business operations internationally through specialized outsourcing services. The company is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Spanish-Speaking Call Center Agents to become part of its expanding team. In this role, the main task is to contact warm leads, meaning customers who have previously shown interest in the company’s services. The position centers on building strong communication in Spanish and helping customers move seamlessly to the next phase of the process, without involving aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact Spanish-speaking clients who have already shown interest in the services and act as their first point of interaction.
Hold friendly and informative conversations to better understand each customer’s specific needs and respond to their questions.
Recognize when a customer is prepared to continue further and transfer them appropriately to a licensed agent.
Keep accurate and current records of all customer communications in the company system to support team coordination.
Communicate in a clear and supportive way so customers feel informed and at ease throughout the process.
Ensure a professional customer experience while using Spanish fluently in daily communication.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written Spanish skills at C1 level or above.
Solid English communication ability for internal communication and training purposes.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in the U.S. market, or in a comparable call center position.
Positive attitude, motivation, and ease in speaking with people.
Reliable attendance and consistency at work.
Familiarity with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
