STORE MANAGER -Prishtina

Responsibilities

We are very happy to open our first store from the SINSAY brand in Prishtina ( Str Ahmet Derguti), and we are looking for a Store Manager who will be responsible for:

Note: Selected applicants will definitely need to be trained for 4-6 weeks within Kosovo, so consider it at the time of application

• Fulfilling sales goals
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintaining exceptional store conditions and visual sales standards
• Addressing all issues that arise from customers (complaints, etc.)
• Completing store management and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Recruitment, training, motivation, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Managing time tables of employees and generally daily, weekly and monthly work
• Responsible for the financial transactions section (cash register payments), including daily cash-in and the handover of cash to the designated responsible persons in accordance with company procedures.
• The Store Manager must know and possess:
  • Minimum High school education
  • Previous experience in a similar position in textile industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in managing multi personal team
  • Excellent organizational skills (ability to setting goals and prioritizing tasks)
  • English language proficiency
  • Advance knowledge of MS office
