Intermodal Dispatcher (2 Positions)

Location: Prishtina Office (On-site only)
Company: Texas-based Intermodal Trucking Company
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Remote
Work hours: U.S. Central Time, first shift

Schedules:

• Position 1: Tuesday – Saturday
• Position 2: Sunday – Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and manage intermodal container moves efficiently and on time
• Communicate with drivers, terminals, rail yards, and customers
• Monitor loads, appointments, and delivery windows
• Proactively resolve service issues and delays
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate dispatch and load records in TMS systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in transportation and logistics (intermodal experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of dispatch operations and freight flow
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
