We are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative for Architectural Systems to join our team and lead market development of aluminium profile systems in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch of a new local project, including development of the architectural solutions market (aluminium profile systems) from the ground up and establishment of a sustainable market presence in the region.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders – investors, construction companies, architects, and design consultants.
  • Identify new projects and potential clients in Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
  • Present the company’s architectural and façade solutions to clients and partners.
  • Provide active support to clients throughout the full project execution cycle.
  • Manage and develop the sales pipeline to optimise processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyse regional sales performance and propose improvements to enhance commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales of architectural solutions, aluminium systems, façade solutions, building materials, or within the construction and related industrial sectors.
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and self-motivated professional who actively identifies and develops new business opportunities.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to participate in new projects and build market presence from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and initial contact through negotiations to successful deal closure.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driving licence and active driver, with willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
