About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative focused on developing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients in the aluminium sector. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the establishment of a brand-new local project, creating and developing the industrial aluminium profile market from the ground up.
- Report directly to the Business Development Manager in Bulgaria to ensure strategic alignment and guidance.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the full project lifecycle: understand client requirements, coordinate technical preparations, present samples, process initial orders, and ensure repeat deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, marketing, logistics) to provide optimal solutions and seamless service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations; prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate terms to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products and gather market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in aluminium or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong hunter mentality; self-driven and excited to identify and secure new markets and customers.
- Experience and enthusiasm for pioneering projects and building business from the ground up.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
