Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Outbound Calls – English Speaking)

• Motivated and confident individual to work on an international project with a UK-based client in the logistics and transport sector. The role focuses on outbound calling and candidate engagement to re-engage existing contacts, guide them through registration processes, and ensure accurate completion of required information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates (UK market)
• Re-engage inactive contacts and guide them through registration
• Verify candidate details and required documentation
• Maintain accurate records and notes after each interaction
• Follow up consistently to move candidates through the process
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken is essential)
• Confidence on the phone and ability to handle high call volumes
• Good persuasion and people skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in call centers, sales, or recruitment is a plus

Working Hours:

• 10:00 – 19:00 (UK time)
