CUSTOMER OPERATIONS & SALES SPECIALISTS

Limitless Outsourcing is seeking Customer Operations & Sales Specialists to manage important stages of the customer experience. The role includes responding to questions before purchase, handling issues after orders are placed, and organizing logistics activities. The company is looking for resourceful individuals who can approach challenges creatively, give clients confidence, and help ensure order workflows run efficiently.

CORE TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing journey.
• Address problems related to orders.
• Find effective solutions to day-to-day challenges.
• Keep records accurate and up to date.
• Organize and follow up on deliveries.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.

TECHNOLOGIES & SYSTEMS USED

• Order management is handled through Oracle NetSuite and Shopify Admin.
• Customer support is managed in Gorgias for ticket handling.
• Aircall is used for incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Team coordination and internal communication rely on Asana and Slack.
