Role summary:
You will convert warm, pre-qualified inbound leads into paying customers by running 30-minute demo calls, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly influences company revenue and offers clear opportunities for growth within a fast-moving startup.
Key Details:
- Location: 100% Remote (based in Kosovo)
- Salary: €1,500 – €2,000 base + commission per deal
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
Sales & Closing (80%):
- Run 30-minute demo calls with warm inbound leads
- Understand customer needs and position LeadJourney as the solution
- Close deals for SaaS offers (€250 – €1,000/month)
- Handle objections confidently and move deals forward
- Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up consistently
Product & Customer Understanding (10%):
- Learn the platform deeply (tracking, attribution, marketing insights)
- Answer technical and marketing-related questions during demos
- Translate complex features into clear business value
Optimization & Feedback (10%):
- Improve your pitch based on performance and data
- Share insights from calls with marketing & product teams
- Help refine messaging and offers based on real customer feedback
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Experience in SaaS or high-ticket sales (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals (not just talk)
- Strong English skills (spoken & written)
- Confident on calls — able to lead conversations and build trust fast
- Understanding of marketing / tracking / performance marketing
- Results-driven, hunger to earn money and grow
- Self-starter mindset — takes ownership and moves fast
Big Pluses:
- Experience with demo-based selling
- Background in marketing, attribution, or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRMs, tracking tools, or SaaS platforms
- Experience working with warm inbound leads
- Startup experience
