Our customers are performance marketers, agencies, and lead generation companies that want to make decisions based on real data.

Your Role as a Lead Generation Specialist

You will build scalable systems that consistently attract and qualify high-quality B2B leads across multiple channels, combining data, tools, and automation to create predictable lead flow. You will work directly with the founders and have measurable impact tied to revenue.

What you'll do

  • Lead Research: identify and build highly targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay
  • Outreach Campaigns: plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn) with strong personalization and performance focus
  • Pipeline Ownership: continuously deliver qualified leads and ensure a steady flow into the sales pipeline
  • Performance Optimization: track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and improve conversion rates over time
  • Tool Stack Management: own and optimize the lead generation tech stack, leveraging automation and AI where possible
  • Feedback Loop: work closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting based on market feedback

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound, sales, or growth — ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments
  • Relentless sales mindset — persistent follow-up to achieve results
  • Ownership & execution — think in systems, act independently, and get things done
  • Strong interest in SaaS, performance marketing, and data-driven growth
  • Experience with marketing tracking / attribution tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • High drive to learn and improve
