Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities through focused outbound prospecting, including tailored email communication, cold calls, LinkedIn interaction, virtual networking, and organized follow-up.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s services, ICPs, buyer personas, target markets, competitive environment, and customer pain points in order to identify promising prospects and adapt outreach accordingly.
- Carry out ongoing written outreach and cold calling with the main goal of securing qualified meetings.
- Assess prospects before arranging meetings, making sure each opportunity matches agreed criteria such as ICP alignment, timing, and strategic importance.
- Maintain communication and follow up with prospects to generate interest, respond to objections, and guide qualified leads toward conversations with the sales team.
- Keep CRM data accurate by documenting prospecting activities, qualification details, outreach history, and next steps to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Work with current users or existing accounts to identify referral possibilities and expansion opportunities that contribute to pipeline growth.
