We're now looking to expand our team and onboard a motivated IT Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in supporting our technology operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and daily operation of restaurant technology systems (POS, payment systems, kitchen systems, and network)
• Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting technical issues
• Help with the setup, testing, and rollout of new hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery) to resolve basic technical issues
• Support coordination with external IT vendors and follow up on service requests
• Assist in documenting system configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
• Participate in troubleshooting activities and help identify improvement opportunities
• Support the preparation of basic reports on system performance, outages, and incidents
• Help ensure continuity of IT systems during day-to-day restaurant operations

Who Are We Looking For?

• Final-year student or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications in the field, such as CCNA, CCST, etc.
• General knowledge of networking and IT security awareness practices
• Strong communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Good knowledge of English language;
