What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead management and sales strategies.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Analyze reports, manage commissions, and drive continuous improvement.

- C1 English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Financial Services experience is a plus
