We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager
This position is centered on enterprise sales, maintaining client partnerships, handling public tenders, and promoting enterprise IT solutions such as servers, storage, backup, networking, and security products.
Key Requirements
- A university degree in Economics, Management, Information Technology, or another related discipline;
- At least 3 years of background in B2B sales or work with public tenders;
- Solid understanding of IT products and solutions;
- Strong familiarity with public procurement procedures, along with experience preparing tenders or projects for public institutions such as ministries, municipalities, or agencies;
- Experience drafting technical and financial proposals, especially for enterprise products including servers, storage, backup, firewalls, and networking;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Well-developed communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities;
- A results-driven approach with emphasis on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients;
- Detect new business possibilities and broaden the customer portfolio;
- Lead enterprise sales activities focused on servers, storage, backup, firewalls, networking, and related IT solutions;
- Oversee the entire sales process, from opportunity identification through payment collection;
- Develop and present commercial proposals and technology solutions;
- Work in close coordination with the Product, Presales, Project Management, and Operations teams to support successful project implementation;
- Follow market developments and competitor movements;
- Regularly recommend enhancements to enterprise sales procedures and overall performance.
