Finance Specialist

Position Overview

ITBM is looking for a skilled and detail-focused Finance Specialist to become part of the team. The person in this position will supervise financial operations and analysis within the logistics division. The role involves close cooperation with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial reporting, improve cost control, and contribute to the profitability of logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

Compile financial reports, including financial statements, variance analyses, and additional management reports as needed.
Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of annual budgets and financial forecasts, while ensuring they support company goals.
Review financial data and offer insights and recommendations aimed at improving cost efficiency, raising revenue, and strengthening operational performance.
Provide support for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment assessments related to strategic initiatives and projects.
Work together with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, address discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
Help establish and sustain financial systems, processes, and internal controls in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Track industry trends, market movements, and regulatory developments that could affect the company’s financial results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
Strong analytical abilities, including financial modeling and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
High level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
