Sales Intelligence Officer

Sales Intelligence Officer focuses on evaluating sales results, compiling meaningful reports, and offering recommendations based on data to support strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, Sales Data Analyst Expert will have the following responsibilities:

Compile monthly sales reports and work toward making them more automated and improved throughout the reporting process.
Support the definition and monitoring of Sales targets across all business units, in line with CCO recommendations.
Deliver analysis and essential information to senior management to facilitate decision-making.
Contribute to the enhancement and innovation of IPKO products and services from the sales perspective.
Collaborate with the relevant departments to improve current data sources for more effective reporting.
Update management regularly on potential risks and opportunities related to IPKO revenue.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the CCO and SSM.

To be considered for the role, you will have the following experience, skills, knowledge and attributes:

Solid understanding of analytical tools.
Knowledge of databases and reporting systems.
Specialized understanding of management information systems.

Required Professional Education

A University Degree in a Business-related discipline is required.

Required working experience

At least 2 years of experience in Product Management and/or Project Management is required.
