Overview:
We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing disputes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and resolving discrepancies. This role involves working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial processes.

Detyrat

  • Handle and resolve billing disputes with customers and vendors.
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Enter invoices into the system and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable/receivable teams for payment processing.
  • Monitor and investigate potential fraud or suspicious activity related to invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of disputes, fraud cases, and their resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and external partners.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in invoicing, dispute resolution, or financial control is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
