ABOUT THE ROLE

ImSold creates advertising content designed to drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms. The company is seeking video editors and creative strategists with an understanding of performance marketing who want to work in an AI-first environment.

This position goes beyond a standard editing role. AI is integrated into the daily workflow, and full training on these tools is provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce and refine short-form video ads for Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, as well as YouTube
• Develop creative concepts and campaign angles aimed at conversion rather than only visual appeal
• Work with Claude (AI) to support scriptwriting, hooks, and idea generation
• Use automated AI-based video editing tools, with training included
• Review results, learn from performance data, and continuously optimize the output

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience with performance marketing advertisements such as Meta Ads and YouTube Ads
• Strong and efficient video editing skills
• A clear understanding of what makes an ad capture attention and generate sales
• Interest in AI and motivation to adopt new tools
• Good English skills
• Junior candidates with solid fundamentals are also encouraged, as additional training will be provided

WHY AI-FIRST

Traditional campaign production often required large teams. At ImSold, the work is done more efficiently through Claude and automated AI video editing tools. Learning these systems can help candidates work faster and increase their value beyond that of a typical editor. Training is included.
