Detyrat
Recruitment & Hiring Oversight
- Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Review and approve job descriptions and hiring budgets
- Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Office Management Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations (supplies, facilities, scheduling)
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment
- Coordinate internal communications and administrative processes
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Support payroll, contracts, and benefits coordination (depending on company size)
Strategy & Planning
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Analyze hiring trends and improve processes
- Work on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Manage contracts with hiring vendors
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Reporting & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Use HR software to monitor performance and hiring efficiency
- Recommend improvements based on data insights
Kualifikimet
- Diplomë Universitare (HR, Menaxhim, Psikologji ose fusha të ngjashme).
- Eksperiencë e mëparshme minimumi 3 vite
- Njohuri të legjislacionit të punës.
- Aftësi shumë të mira komunikimi dhe organizimi.
