As an official distributor, we are expanding our operations across the Western Balkans and are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead and manage our regional activities in:

🇦🇱 Albania

🇽🇰 Kosovo

🇷🇸 Serbia

🇲🇪 Montenegro

Position: Regional Distribution & Operations Manager

Region: Western Balkans

Employment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee distribution and operational activities across all 4 markets
• Develop and strengthen regional partnerships and sales networks
• Coordinate local teams and ensure operational excellence
• Drive market growth and brand presence in the region
• Report directly to company leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in regional management, distribution, or business development
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Balkan markets and business culture
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to travel across the region
