Junior Auditor

HLB Kosovo, part of the global HLB International network, is seeking motivated and ambitious Junior Auditors to join our growing team. These positions offer the unique opportunity to work on international audit assignments, supporting global clients and gaining invaluable cross-border experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Support international audit teams and participate in cross-border engagements.
Perform audit testing, collect and analyze data, and prepare working papers.
Conduct financial and operational analysis of client accounts.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across borders.
Travel domestically and internationally as required for assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
0–2 years of relevant experience in audit or assurance services (internships also considered).
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to travel and adapt to international environments.
