REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

TENDER:

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DIGITAL GREEN INNOVATION COMPETITION

Helvetas Kosovo is inviting qualified and legally registered entities in Kosovo to submit proposals for the Design and Implementation of the Digital Green Innovation Competition (DGIC) under the Greening Private Enterprises in Kosovo (GPEK) project.

The assignment includes services related to:

• Competition design and implementation
• Outreach and communication activities
• Event organization and facilitation
• Application management and evaluation support
• Monitoring and follow-up activities

The GPEK project is implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

Participation in this RFP is open to all registered and licensed entities in Kosovo, including NGOs, foundations, ICT and digital education providers, event management organizations, and other qualified service providers that can offer the services described above. Applications may be submitted individually or as part of a consortium.

The price proposed in the offer should be all inclusive; Helvetas Kosovo is exempt from VAT, thus the cost should be exclusive of VAT. The contractor is responsible for all other taxes and duties in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kosovo.
