Role Overview:

Seeking a English-fluent, Prishtine based sales representative to work work directly with US-based nonprofits. You'll be the bridge connecting mission-driven organizations with our strategies, helping them amplify their impact and reach more people. You'll have the space to learn, grow, and truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into the world of non-profits, learning about their world, and identifying those who could benefit from our expertise.
• Be the front line building lasting relationships through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and scheduling meetings to discuss how we can support their mission.
• Skillfully manage our CRM and utilize sales engagement tools for comprehensive tracking of prospects, making sure every lead is nurtured and no opportunity is overlooked
• Embrace your natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, meeting and exceeding your goals as you grow with us.

What we’re looking for:

• You are happy to work in-office (not remote) during US hours (3PM - 11PM Kosova time)
• You have exceptional communication skills – if you can chat, write, and persuade, we're interested.
• Fluent American English, both written and spoken, with bonus points for copywriting flair.
• Curiosity or familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools – not essential, but definitely a plus.
