About Us
Guhr Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH is a tax advisory company headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The firm is adopting AI and automation to update and improve the way a modern tax practice functions, and it is seeking a person who can actively create solutions rather than only give advice.
The Role
In this position, you will work entirely remotely from Kosovo for the German firm and take full responsibility for automation and AI initiatives. The company is searching for someone who acts independently, delivers practical solutions, and is accountable for the final result.
The ideal candidate should be focused on performance and execution, with the ability to understand real business needs and use cases, then apply the most suitable strategy to address them effectively.
What You'll Do
- Automate internal workflows from start to finish
- Develop small-scale applications and internal tools
- Transform vibe-coded prototypes into stable, production-ready solutions and improve existing automations
- Manage IT security matters and resolve bugs
- Recognize issues and address them independently
What You Bring
- Practical experience with widely used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, n8n, and automation platforms
- A strong builder mentality, with readiness to take ownership, make decisions, and deliver results, along with the ability to understand business requirements and solve the appropriate problem effectively
- A real enthusiasm for AI and automation, including continuous interest in the newest tools and developments in the field
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is considered a strong advantage
- A self-motivated and dependable approach, with comfort working independently in a remote environment
