Senior Financial Accountant

Location: On-site in Prishtina, Kosovo

Working Hours: Monday–Friday with weekly rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare business valuation work for financial reporting purposes.
• Carry out reconciliations for accounts and clients.
• Conduct accounting and financial analysis for selected periods and specific segments.
• Contribute to accounting transformation initiatives.
• Manage lease accounting tasks.
• Handle additional accounting procedures connected to period-end and year-end closing.
• Take the lead on accounting, audit, and finance projects together with internal teams and client teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven achievements in the following areas.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Planning and Forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of core accounting and finance principles.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• 2+ years of experience preparing financial statements and related analysis.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Availability to work on-site with weekly rotating shifts.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is considered an advantage.
