Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the hotel’s sales operations by ensuring smooth coordination between the hotel and the central Sales Office located at Tirana. The role requires a strong on-site presence at the hotel to assist with client requests, internal coordination, and operational support for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between the hotel and the Head Quarters Sales Office.
• Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Support the Sales Managers in handling client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, contracts, and client communications.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Ensure all client requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate site inspections, group bookings, and event requirements with relevant hotel departments.
• Monitor and update CRM or sales systems with relevant information.
• Provide on-site support during VIP visits, events, and major group arrivals.
• Ensure alignment between hotel operations and central sales strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or hospitality (preferably in a hotel environment).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate between multiple departments.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time, on-site position at the hotel.
• Regular coordination with the Head Quarters Sales Office.
