Patient Care Specialist – Italian Language

Our team is seeking Patient Care Specialists with strong Italian skills to join our office in Pristina.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients arrange appointments at one of our clinics.
- Reply quickly to client questions through phone, email, or chat.
- Encourage clients to rethink decisions to cancel their appointments.
- Act as a company representative by sharing correct details about products, policies, and procedures.
- Make sure all information provided is accurate, valid, and complete in line with company processes.
- Keep precise records of client interactions and related activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication abilities.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Very good command of Italian at B2, C1, or C2 level.
