Patient Care Specialist – Italian Language

Our team is seeking Patient Care Specialists with strong Italian skills to join our office in Pristina.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients arrange appointments at one of our clinics.
• Reply quickly to client questions through phone, email, or chat.
• Encourage clients to rethink decisions to cancel their appointments.
• Act as a company representative by sharing correct details about products, policies, and procedures.
• Make sure all information provided is accurate, valid, and complete in line with company processes.
• Keep precise records of client interactions and related activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication abilities.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Very good command of Italian at B2, C1, or C2 level.
