Job Description:

• Participate as part of the Architecture & Engineering department producing construction documentation, 3D models, renderings, and specifications.
• Contribute to all project phases, from early design and presentations through to the construction phase, working closely with Project Managers and the New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of production drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications from construction documentation.
• Develop designs in line with client requirements, project specifications, and goals.
• Create and refine 3D models and renderings.
• Collaborate closely with New York office staff and project teams.
• Work with Project Managers and Project Architects to prepare presentations and produce documentation through all phases of construction.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD proficiently to deliver accurate and detailed drawings.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture (required).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong design, technical, computer, and graphical skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Complete knowledge of construction drawing standards.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; dynamic and collaborative mindset.
