Firma.ch AG, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is assembling a new team in Prishtina. The company creates modern web platforms for the Swiss and European market.
The business is self-funded and focused on long-term growth through its own capital rather than short-term investor backing.
THE ROLE
The company is launching a platform for businesses in Kosovo and Albania. As it is still new and largely unknown, this position is focused on increasing its visibility.
This is not a strategy role. The work centers on creating content, publishing it, engaging with people, and identifying what generates real response so those approaches can be repeated.
As the first marketing hire, you will collaborate directly with the founders. There is no agency support and no existing formula to follow. What is available is a real product, an underserved market, and the freedom to test ideas independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Grow the company's presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in Albanian for audiences in Kosovo and Albania
- Create the content yourself, including short videos, posts, stories, and business-focused features, rather than preparing briefs for others
- Identify and collaborate with local influencers and content creators while judging who is genuinely worth partnering with, reaching out to them directly, and distinguishing real reach from purchased followers
- Speak with business owners, bring them onto the platform, share their stories, and turn the strongest ones into content
- Act as the company's representative at local events, business meetups, and community activities whenever appropriate
- Manage simple paid campaigns on Meta with a limited budget in order to test what performs well
- Pay attention to what delivers results and repeat those actions, with the emphasis on observation rather than dashboards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The company is not seeking one person to cover every marketing discipline. The focus is not on SEO strategy, CRM automation, or multi-market funnels, but on one market, one language, and content that people genuinely want to watch.
Required
- Examples of accounts you have personally grown with real followers and authentic engagement; this is considered more important than anything listed on your CV
- Ability to independently create content from filming and editing to writing and publishing
- Strong Albanian writing skills so the communication feels human rather than corporate
