As Human Resources Manager based at the Head Office in Prishtina, you'll shape the way the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent across all levels. You'll partner closely with leadership to build a workplace culture where employees grow and thrive, while overseeing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the HR operations, including recruitment, and performance management.
  • Provide operational support for employee relations, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly HR reports, and HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
  • Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR matters, including staff development, talent management, and employee performance.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, and HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on the implementation of strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, and 3 years on HR management.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and speaking
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, and Power Point.
