HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Location: Head Office - Pristina
Reports To: Head of HR
Job Overview:
The HR Manager position is focused on carrying out the operational activities of the Human Resources department. The person in this role will supervise daily HR processes and make sure that employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance matters are handled properly. The role also includes advising and supporting the organization on HR-related issues while putting into practice the strategic priorities defined by the Head of HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment and performance management activities.
- Offer day-to-day support in employee relations by handling matters such as conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
- Compile and update monthly and quarterly HR reports, along with HR metrics used to monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in accordance with internal company policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor legislation, relevant regulations, and company rules.
- Organize and support initiatives related to employee engagement and well-being.
- Administer the performance management framework, including objective setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
- Advise and assist line managers on HR topics, including employee development, talent management, and performance-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain HR reporting and measurement tools used to track key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the Head of HR in carrying out strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, including 3 years in HR management.
- Solid understanding of HR systems, labor law, and HR best practices.
- Strong abilities in communication, problem-solving, and conflict management.
- Capacity to handle several priorities and projects within a fast-moving work environment.
- Proven leadership capability and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point.
