Sales Representative

Location: Tirana, Albania

Description:

• We are an international freight forwarding company with a strong presence across Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives who want to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential and existing customers
• Present our transport and logistics solutions in a professional and convincing way
• Negotiate and close deals independently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cooperate closely with our international branch offices

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken & written) – this is a must
• Additional business-fluent languages are a strong advantage (e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish, etc.)
• Previous experience in sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and willingness to learn
• Team player with a proactive and hands-on mindset
