Role Description

This is a full-time Office Assistant role located on-site in Tirana. The Office Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, operating office equipment, and providing clerical support. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain office efficiency and support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the office.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
  • Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
