Job Title: Sales Analyst

Are you passionate about retail analytics and data management? Join Eurolab Internacional and play a key role in optimizing our sales processes while ensuring the highest quality of master data across multiple systems.

As a Sales Analyst, you will manage and maintain accurate master data, support the sales team, and actively participate in system updates. Your work will directly impact business efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and unify new items across all systems.
  • Manage data in BC365 Central (Navision) and Bilance, ensuring updates and accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases, including items, prices, and offers.
  • Support sales teams in system usage and provide training when necessary.
  • Register and manage new customers and agents in the system.
  • Apply pricing, discounts, and promotions accurately.
  • Perform weekly checks for inactive clients and report on key metrics.
  • Generate ad-hoc and regular reports on sales, expirations, and system data.
  • Contribute to system improvements and data standardization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in Economics.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role; FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and electronic systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
