EY Albania is seeking a Consultant to contribute to the People Advisory Services (PAS) Sub Service Line, which operates within the Tax practice.

Detyrat

• Support clients in dealing with complex matters related to personal income tax obligations for expats and employers, social security, business immigration, and labor law issues connected to cross-border employee mobility.
• Develop your abilities through structured learning, professional development, and diverse hands-on experience, strengthening your consulting and analytical skills for addressing complex people-related challenges.
• Collaborate directly with leading multinational companies, high net worth individuals, and public sector stakeholders.

Kualifikimet

• Bachelor or master’s degree in law, Economics, or a related area of study.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Albanian and English.
• Previous experience in a comparable role within a consulting company or law firm will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Very strong analytical abilities and careful attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and readiness to work as part of a team.
