What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Emrys Howell?

This is a full-cycle role covering candidate sourcing, business development, client and process management. You will support searches for clients with a focus on finance, private markets, and professional services.

Prior recruitment experience is not needed to excel.

You will develop your network, maintain relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

Business Development:

• Reaching out to potential clients to establish a relationship, network, and win new business
• Pitching and negotiating service agreements with key stake holders for potential clients
• Maintaining existing client relationships and updating them throughout ongoing searches

Candidate Sourcing:

• Headhunting top talent within your assigned niche and territory
• Networking with passive/inactive talent
• Communicating with active and passive candidates for rapport building, market intel

Process Management:

• Introduce candidates to clients
• Coordinate interview process, exchanging feedback between candidate and client
• Negotiate and deliver the offer to the candidate
