Your Mission:
- As an Automation Builder (m/f/d), you will design, build, and optimize customer and company-specific automation solutions. Your goal is to make processes more efficient, drastically reduce manual work, and build scalable systems across various tools and platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of Automation Solutions: Create and implement individual workflows using Make, n8n, and Activepieces tailored to customer requirements.
- Analysis & Conception: Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable workflows, including integration of systems such as CRM, ERP, AI agents, chatbots, and telephony solutions.
- Quality & Processes: Work according to defined internal processes to ensure reliable implementation, thorough testing, and high quality.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor existing automations, perform error analyses, and optimize for stability, error handling, and continuous improvement.
- Documentation & Reusability: Build and maintain automations, provide structured documentation, and develop reusable systems and templates to support internal teams.
Your Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Make, n8n, and Activepieces and solid understanding of building complex automations.
- Good technical understanding and basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, APIs, JSON, Webhooks).
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and SaaS systems; experience with AI tools or chatbots is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements and implement them in a structured manner.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic with high quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate technical solutions clearly with customers and internal teams.
- A completed degree in IT, software development, business informatics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant practical experience in automation and workflow development.
